Crazy ideas in cosmonautics

During development of first cosmic rockets, some things proposed look insane from today's point of view. Fuels that corrode the rocket, ignite or explode on touch with water or concrete, and make the surrounding toxic. Propelling by nuclear reactor or even bombs. Some of these inventions moved beyond the planning board, prototypes were created, and accidents happened.
