Marco Turini is a painter, illustrator, and comic book artist. He was born near Pisa, Italy and he has lived in Prague since 2010.
Marco has worked for the biggest comic book publishers in the world, including Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Top Cow, IDW, Heavy Metal Magazine, Titan Publishing, Avatar Press, Star Comics, and many others.
Aside from his work in comics, he has contributed to film and game production companies such as Prologue VFX, Union VFX, AlkemiX, and The Artery VFX. He was even involved in the concepts for the film Doctor Strange.
As an official cover artist for popular franchises like ASSASSIN’S CREED, DEUS EX, DARK SOULS, ALIENS and GEARS OF WAR, his work was recognized with the PULP FACTORY AWARD for Best Cover Artist in 2016.
Currently, he is working as a cover artist for Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Image Comics, and Boom Studios
