MIROSLAV ŽAMBOCH (writer; Czechia)

Miroslav Žamboch graduated from the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague and works at the Nuclear Research Institute in Řež near Prague. His first published short story, was very popular with readers. Koniáš, the hero who made him famous and won many supporters, was introduced in the collection of short stories The Last Takes All (2000). His short stories were regularly published in magazines (Ikarie) and are also published in several anthologies. He is the author of more than 50 books, including several series such as Mark Stone, Líheň, Koniáš, Bakly, Agent X-Hawk a Agent JFK, Klanové války.
Apart from writing, Miroslav Žamboch is devoted to a lot of judo, bodybuilding and especially extreme sports. His interests also include military technology and cold weapons.
