Martin Ter, also known as Foxter, is a Slovak comic book writer and artist. He started drawing at the end of the first grade while attending elementary school. His talent for visual arts was inherited from his grandmother, who was an academic painter, but it was the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles that inspired him to start drawing.
He created his first original comic during the summer holidays after finishing the sixth grade of elementary school. His work generated such interest among his peers that he also offered his comics to his classmates. Except for a short break between 2005 and 2009, he has dedicated his entire life to drawing.
At the end of 2015, he created the brand FOXTER, and since 2016, he has been professionally involved in comic book creation. His work even reached the Czech Republic in 2020, including Czech translations.
After the birth of his daughter, he also focuses on children's creations, such as children's comics and books. Creating comics is his hobby, which he dedicates his free time to, although he has less of it now due to his family life.
