Katarina Kratochvílová, also known as Angry Albatros, is a Czech artist who focuses primarily on applied illustration, such as magazine and book covers.
Her style is characterized by a bold, expressive line and a combination of analog and digital media. The majority of her work is dedicated to illustrations for children and young audiences.
In her personal work, she often draws inspiration from Japanese culture.
She regularly contributes to the magazines Raketa and Nový prostor.
Her comic In the Eye of the Fox received a Bronze Award at the Japan International Manga Award.
Her new comic Heart of Furin is coming out this year.
